Ayo Olatunji – President
 
Ayo Olatunji is the company president and representative director of Ultimate Systems Inc, a position which he has been holding since 2003.
 

Mr. Olatunji has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economics from the University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University. He has served in different leadership positions that span many fields and industries among which are project management, banking, and software development industry. He started his career as a project development consultant, from where he joined Chartered Bank in 1990. While with the bank, he served in various capacities, starting as an officer with the credit and marketing department responsible for multilateral lending and special projects. He left the bank as a branch manager in 1996.

He moved to the United States of America in 1996, where he started his career in information technology as a software engineer, and later as a certified oracle database consultant working on different projects and for different organizations. Some of the organizations he worked with include Kellogg Worldwide, Black and Decker, T-Mobile, UCB, Time Warner Cable, Cingular, BellSouth, AT&T, City of New York, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport among others. His accomplishments in the industry include the design and implementation of the Common User Terminal Interface (CUTI) at the Hartsfield-Jackson airport, architectural re-design of the IMedium mobile workforce application to enhance and manage exchange of data between mobile workforce and dispatch centers for Nextel Communications, design and development of high availability database systems, and efficient backup and fault tolerant data systems. He has also managed and administered and implemented numerous applications among which are Oracle Financials, Oracle Clinicals, Siebel CRM, Granite, Citytime, and OPTICS among others.

In 2003, he started Ultimate Systems Inc as a consulting firm with others in his field to embark on consulting projects for companies in the telecommunication, banking, and public sector.
 
Ademola Dada – Director, Finance and Public sector projects
 
Ademola Dada became a chartered accountant (ACA) in 1985 and was granted a practicing license as a Public Accountant in the same year. He ran a very successful practice,  ‘Ademola Dada & Co. , and for which he was honored with Prestigious Fellowship (FCA) in 1993 by the Nigeria Chartered Institute of Accountants. While managing the practice, he consulted for several government and financial sector clients like Lagos State and Ogun State governments. He is also an associate of the Nigeria Institute of Taxation.
 
Apart from his experience as an acclaimed chartered accountant, Ademola Dada is also an accomplished Oracle Certified Master. He has over 20 years combined experience in information technology systems, accounting, auditing, finance and systems analysis. He has worked in several capacities both as team lead, senior principal consultant, and project manager Part of the projects he has managed include full installation and implementation of different modules in oracle financials application, design and implementation of enterprise network systems, systems interface design, systems applications setup, business analysis requirements studies, systems applications training among others for corporations like Oracle Corporation, Smiths Medical, Atlanta Mass Transit Systems, Lodgian Inc, Dekalb County government.
 
Olaide Mustapha – Director, Software and Applications Design
 
For over 8 years, Olaide Mustapha has earned a great reputation for providing skilled and practical guidance and solutions as a business consultant, software engineer, and architect in such diverse industries as banking and finance, telecommunications, government, and manufacturing. He is well versed in billing and customer service management, enterprise application integration, network inventory management systems, data migration, and enterprise resource planning systems.
 

Ola started his professional career as a programmer with the Illinois Dept of Public Aid, where he pioneered the development of an online Medicare and Medicaid applications to enable real-time verification of dependents of the government funded program. He has also being involved in research, development, and implementation of billing and CRM applications to major telecommunication firms like T- Mobile, AT&T, Cox Communications, EMC among others. His expertise and problem solving abilities have been recognized many times by clients and partners for successful prosecution of projects, and for this, he has received many awards.
